How to modify my plan?
Simply Enter 'Pricing' on WeBuzz Website and click 'Sign Up' under your desired Plan. After you have signed up for the new plan, WeBuzz will process your modification. If it is the first time to modify your plan, Tutorial will be helpful.

What is Account ID?
Account ID is a unique chain of number to identify each page using our service. We can track the information you provided and the service you used. Please input your account ID which can be found in Client Area whenever using our support service to facilitate our customer support.

How do I Pay?
Automatic payment needs to be made through PayPal or credit card monthly.
Recurring payments are collected on the same day of the month. Only if such date (for example, 29th, 30th or 31st) do not exist in the next month will you be billed on the 1st of the following month.

Would I be required to sign long-term contracts?
No, all our plans are month to month. There are no strings attached should you decide not to renew or continue your subscription.

Is a credit card required to register?
Yes, a credit card is needed to register for an account at PayPal.

WeBuzz is very concerned with safeguarding your information provided. We have put in place reasonable technical and organizational measures designed including SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration or disclosure. However, please be reminded that you are responsible for keeping your password confidential. You are reminded not to share the password with any other person. If you believe your password has been misused, please inform us immediately.

Got error message when logging in WeBuzz with Facebook account, what to do?
This case may probably due to the technical problem of Facebook or network. You may log out of Facebook, close your browser and then try again. This will clear the 'cookies' that is likely causing this problem.

Why my Page is not appearing in “Add this application to” drop down menu?
If the page is not visible in the drop down menu, the app is likely already installed to your page. To edit the app settings go to the Wall of your Page >> Edit page >> applications >> go to application. If the app is still not there, make sure your page is published and you have removed all age and country restrictions from it.

I have added the application, but why can’t I see it on my Page?
Once you have saved the application settings, WeBuzz application will be automatically added to your designated page. Therefore, if you still cannot find the application on the page after saving, you can refresh the Facebook Page in your browser. Sometimes Facebook caches apps, and you may need to wait a few minutes.

What to do if I don't want the application displayed to audience after adding it to my page?
You can hide the tab. It won't be visible to your fans, but you can still access the app settings to configure it. To remove the app from the views and apps, go to your Page admin panel and click Manage >> Click the Edit Page button in the upper right >> Select Apps from the left-hand menu >> Find your desired app and click Edit Settings under its description >> Click Remove.

How can I remove or hide the application installed?
You can remove the app from the tab but still keep it installed. It won't be visible to your fans, but you can still access the app settings to configure it. To hide the app, go to your Page admin panel and click Manage >> Click the Edit Page button at the upper right >> Select Apps from the left-hand menu >> Find your desired app and click Edit Settings under its description >> Click Remove.

My App does not show up in the views and apps. How can I find it back?
Probably you have removed the tab but the application is still installed. If that is the case, you can add the tab back (Go to your Page admin panel and click Manage >> Click the Edit Page button at the upper right >> Select Apps from the left-hand-side menu >> Find your desired app and click Edit Settings under its description >> Click add to re-add the app to your Page.

Can I change the name of my App Tabs?
You can change the tab name on WeBuzz website. Go to Client Area >> Click Edit Settings beside your desired app >> Rename your tab under application settings.
Alternatively, you can change the tab name on Facebook. Go to the Timeline of your Page >> Open tab menu under cover photo >> Place mouse pointer on the tab you want to rename >> Click the pen >> Choose Edit Settings and you can edit the tab name.

How do I change the custom tab image of my apps?
You can change the custom tab image on WeBuzz website. Go to Client Area >> Click Edit Settings beside your desired app >> upload your custom tab image under application settings.
You can also change the tab image on Facebook. Go to the Timeline of your Page >> Open tab menu under cover photo >> Place mouse pointer on the tab you want to rename >> Click the pen >> Choose Edit Settings and you can edit the tab image.

How do I change the order of views and apps that appear below my Page's cover?
To change the order views and apps appear under your Page's cover, open tab menu under the cover photo >> hover over the position you'd like to put a view or app and click the pencil icon that appears >> choose the view or app you'd like to swap into that spot from the menu. For your information, you can't move the photos view, which will always appear first.

How can I set default landing tab?
Since March 30, 2012, people always see the timeline view of your Page when they visit it. Views and apps are now easy to find right below your Page's cover. You can change the default landing view to another view or apps, but you can link people directly to a particular view or app on your Page. Find the URL for a view or app on your Page in the web address bar of your browser when you visit that view or app.

How many views and apps are visible on my Page?
When people visit your Page, they will see up to 4 views and apps below the cover photo; and up to 12 after clicking the drop down menu. You can choose which of your apps appear and adjust the order they appear, with exception of the photo views, which always appears first.

What happen if Facebook makes updates?
We will update the system whenever Facebook makes updates, so you only need to worry about your own Page.
